Delivery

Our delivery policy provides a detailed understanding of the key rights and responsibilities of the company (Loffedoh Ltd.), customer, and vendor in relation to the delivery of services and products and other associated aspects.

This policy oversees the customer service provisions and any variation that may appear in the quotes issued or conflicts that may arise because of inaccuracies.

THE PRICING OF THE PURCHASED SERVICES

All prices of the products and services shall be listed on our company’s website.

PAYMENT TERMS

The customer should make full payment to the company (Loffedoh Ltd.) when the order is placed. This is without any discount or deduction unless it is specified or mentioned in the order details.

DELIVERY

You agree that the estimated delivery date for services and products during the confirmation of order is provided in good faith. We do our best to ensure the services/products are delivered accordingly. However, the delivery can be made before or after, depending on the prevailing circumstance.

On the other hand, if the customer requests  for a change in the estimated date of delivery (prior to the delivery), the company (Loffedoh Ltd.) shall be entitled to accept or refuse their request.

Also, we shall store your purchased products at the customer’s risk if you decline or fail to pick-up the delivery. Plus, the customer shall pay all the costs in addition to the purchase price incurred due to their refusal or failure to pick-up the delivery. This includes but is not limited to the following costs:

  • Storage
  • Additional losses, costs, charges, and expenses

SHIPPING

Any service that the customer orders through our digital marketplace/website will be shipped and delivered to the postal address provided from anywhere in the world. However, it will only be shipped if the shipping service partner accepts to deliver the package to the desired location.

In this scenario:

  • The vendor shall take responsibility for delivering the ordered items of the customers to the relevant shoppers.
  • The customer shall take responsibility for picking up the shipped items from the pickup points.

LIABILITY

You acknowledge and agree that Loffedoh Ltd. shall not be held liable for delayed or failure of service delivery caused by:

  • The fault or negligence of you (the customer), vendor, or third party
  • Breach of policy
  • Fraudulent representation
  • Defective product delivery

We shall not be held responsible or liable to the customer by any implied warranty, representation, condition, or for any consequential losses.

POSTAGE

We advise customers to check their postage cost in the postage section for every listing on our website. We have kept postage costs separate from the service prices so that you can conveniently see the cost before you finalize your order. We have ensured this for transparency purposes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING LIMITATION

Please note that the manufacturer warranty shall not be valid for products shipped from international markets. This applies to the after-sales service too. Also, you (the customer) may even have to put up with product assembly and safety instruction manuals  in a different language.

Also, the design specifications and labeling requirements of some products may not meet your country’s standards. Furthermore, some electronic products may not be built according to your country’s voltage standards. In such a situation, you will require a voltage converter or an adapter.

You, the customer, shall not hold us liable under any circumstance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that all intellectual property rights are reserved with us. And you shall not engage in any act that affects our IP rights prejudicially.

3RD PARTY RIGHTS

You shall not utilize delivered services to infringe on third-party rights. However, if this is done, you agree that you will never hold us responsible for the infringement. You agree to indemnify us from all liability that may arise from your actions.

CHANGES IN YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

You shall not change the shipping address after you have purchased the products/services. This especially applies if the products/services are shipped to you. However, you may be able to change the address if you contact the vendor immediately and if they haven’t shipped the items yet. But you agree that the seller/vendor has the right to refuse the shipping address changes.

In such a situation, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the new shipping address before it is shipped.
